Would you work with them again?
Taptup is a work record built from that one question, asked of the people you actually worked with. Each answer is tied to a job you shared. It stays in your record and goes with you to the next job.
How a record is made
- 1
Add the jobs
Name the organisation and the months you were there. Each job is where your answers will sit.
- 2
Ask the people who were there
Each person gets one email with one question: would you work with them again? Answering takes about a minute and needs no account.
- 3
Three answers show your rate
Your Work Again rate appears once three people have answered. No single vote is ever shown to anyone, you included.
Why bank it now
References go stale. The manager who knew your work moves on, the company closes, and years later nobody is left who can say what you did. A vote given at the end of a job survives all three.
Capture it while they still remember you.
What it is not
Not a job board. Not a recruiter. Not a social network.
- There is no public profile, no feed and no leaderboard. Nothing about you is a page a search engine can find.
- You choose who sees your record, with a link you can switch off.
- Every answer sits on a job both people confirm. If it came from an address at that organisation it says work-email verified; if not, it says unverified.
- People you ask get one email and two reminders, then nothing more.
